Our main course is freshly-fished trout, cooked in at least 15 different receipts

You can also enjoy mouth-watering cool dishes with S. Daniele ham, Sauris speck , salmon trout, local salami and ricotta or other regional fresh or ripe cheese.
We prepare our dishes only wit natural ingredients and with vegetables tended in our garden.
